Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 Aug 2026
What we collect
- Your Google account name and email, via Google sign-in.
- Profile details you enter: title, experience, location, job preferences, and your LinkedIn profile URL (stored for display only — we never fetch or automate your LinkedIn account).
- Your resume file (PDF/DOCX), if you upload one, and the structured data we extract from it (title, skills, years of experience) — shown to you for review before it's saved.
- Product usage events (page views, actions on jobs) to improve match quality.
What we never do
- We never log into, scrape, or post to your LinkedIn account.
- We never apply to jobs on your behalf — you always apply on the employer's site.
- We never sell your data to third parties.
Storage and access
Your resume is stored in a private file store, accessible only to you via short-lived signed links. All your profile, preference, and match data is protected by row-level security — no other user or unauthenticated request can read it.
Your rights
You can export all your data as JSON, or permanently delete your account and every row associated with it (including your resume file), at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
